Q: What are some of the health benefits to consuming Moringa?

A: There are many health benefits to consuming Moringa, which is why it has earned the title of a super food, and is also sometimes known as The Miracle Tree, or the Tree of Life. Q: How do I take your Moringa leaf capsules and Seed capsules?

A: You can take it with or without a meal. You start off with 1 or 2 capsules for a few days, switch between green and beige. Then you can increase to 3 capsules per day you can take them any way you would like, as long as you alternate between the colors and mix them up. There really is no right or wrong way. Just make sure you don't miss a dose.

Q: What time of day is best to take Moringa?

A: Moringa can be taken at any time of day. There is no caffeine or known stimulants. However, because Moringa is naturally energizing some people do prefer to take it in the morning or afternoon.

Q: How are your Moringa leaves dried?

A: This is a very important question as Most companies do not use the proper methods to dry the plants and therefore alter its nutritional content.

Our Moringa is dried indoors on mesh screens at room temperature.
The whole frond is placed in thin layers on trays in a drying room.
Properly dried moringa is loosely layered on screens separated by about six inches to ensure adequate air flow both above and below.
The layer must be thin, so the material does not compact while drying.
After drying, we shake the leaf loose from the petiole and grind to a fine powder, usually 80 to 100 mesh particle in size. Some processors try to speed up the process by drying the leaves in the sun.
We do not recommend doing so, as sun drying can discolor the leaf and alter its nutritional content.

Q: Can I overdose on Moringa or take too much? What is the maximum I can take?

A: No. You cannot overdose on Moringa. There is no maximum, but we recommend that you don't exceed 10 capsules per day. 3 is more than enough, if you want to take 4x day that's fine too.

Q: Are there any known side effects when taking the Moringa products (i.e., leaf, seeds or pods)?

A: There may be instances where you should not take Moringa.

Moringa is relatively high in potassium and calcium. If you are under medical care for certain conditions and your doctor recommends that you avoid certain minerals such as potassium and calcium and any food that is high in these minerals, then Moringa is not right for you.

If you have kidney problems or are undergoing dialysis, you should also avoid Moringa.

Moringa is also high in iron, which could be problematic for some.

Check with your doctor to see if Moringa is right for you.

Q:I am pregnant or nursing, can I take Moringa?

A: The short answer is yes, for ethical reasons, clinical trials generally exclude pregnant and nursing women. That’s why most labels suggest that you consult a health practitioner if you are pregnant or nursing but we don't feel comfortable recommending Moringa to mothers who are nursing, even though Pregnant and Nursing women have been taking Moringa for thousands of years.

Q: Is Moringa safe for children?
